As a State Farm Agent, I've spent the last four years building a growing, high-performing team focused on helping customers protect what matters most. Before opening my agency in May 2022, I spent three years as a State Farm Team Member, giving me firsthand experience in the role and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed.
I graduated from the University of Minnesota and stay actively involved in our community through the Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corporation. Community involvement and helping others are at the core of what we do every day.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kevin Kaufer - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.
In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. You’ll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agency’s success. We are excited to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
